A fun practice
Today we started off with 2 laps around the campus, which is 4 miles it wasn't very hard since we did it a slow pace.I ran with one of my friends from the team, Morgan. We talked almost the whole time!! It was alot of fun.When we got back to the track we stretched and got some water. Then Coach Art told us we had four 150's. These are easy sprints to help us with our finish. After we were done doing the 150's we cooled down and did 50 sit ups. I was so exited today because my friend Bailey came to track with me! I love when she comes to track with me! It gives us a chance to hang out together. Tomorrow Is Wednesday so I will be doing a long run, as usual! I will be doing at least 3 miles tomorrow! :)
